![]() ![]() While I find the intra-group BG2-character-interaction amusing on occasion, I don't really see it as being all that essential to a game. I guess some girls just don't like endless hack-n-slashing without any meaningful character interaction, side-quests and well-written dialogues It's a 100 times more fun than the first Icewind Dale 1.and still boring (at least for me) What I would love is for there to be dozens of side-quests, especially around chapters 3,4 and 5, with the original villains in the various chapters being enhanced by a Tactics-style mod in order to compensate for the extra XP the party would get from the additional quests. I suppose there must indeed be a serious problems re modding the game as otherwise it would have as many mods as BG2, given its scope. It's a 100 times more fun than the first Icewind Dale 1, plus it has a great 3rd edition AD&D engine, and the storyline is pretty good(for once the villains are even ratehr sympathetic, by comparison to other AD&D PC games). I'm amazed that you could possibly find it boring. I played the game once, and was unable to finish it - boredom. Not exactly what you're looking for, I know, but it's all good. Wait, wait, how come nobody mentioned Domi's IWD2 NPCs from yet? Weimer's Tweaks/EaseOfUse work, too - see. ![]()
